Recipients of processed data: In order to offer you the most competitive services, to help you in your career development or to fulfill our legal obligations or for other legitimate purposes, it is possible to transmit your personal data to the clients of the company that contracts us to cover the available jobs . We will process these data confidentially, always ensuring that we take measures to protect your data (for example, contractual confidentiality clauses, personal data processing agreements). 4. Duration of storage: Your personal data are processed throughout our contractual relationship and for a maximum of 3 years after its completion. At the same time, you can oppose the processing, unless the operator proves that it has legitimate reasons that justify the processing and that prevail over your interests, rights and freedoms or that the purpose is to establish, exercise or defend a right in court; - the right not to be subject to a decision based exclusively on automated data processing.
